Why join the Chesapeake Bay Funders Network?

Members of the Chesapeake Bay Funders Network are funders and donors committed to clean air, water, natural resource protection, civic engagement and community resiliency in the Chesapeake region.  Network membership is open to staff and trustees of private, family, and community foundations, public charities, individual donors, and staff of donor-advised funds and nonprofits that work primarily as grantmakers rather than as grant-seekers and share the vision of the CBFN. Being part of CBFN brings you:

Access to information that enhances your grantmaking;

Connections to other funders with shared interests and valuable peer-to-peer learning opportunities;

A forum to effectively collaborate on shared strategies to increase the impact of philanthropic investments;

Access to a database of membership funding data organized by area of interest, geography, and foundation type;

Access to private grantmaker-only listserv group to share and receive important news and updates;

and more!
