Background: The Chesapeake Bay Funders met at Wades Point Inn in St. Michael's, Maryland for a retreat to discuss funder perspectives on Bay issues, particularly capacity building and agriculture. Special guest Pat Noonan (Conservation Fund and National Geographic Trustee) gave a presentation on the development of the John Smith National Water Trail.
